The massively huge D23 Expo got off to a huge start yesterday, and it looks like it’s going to be a smash with the fans. Unfortunately, I am one of the many who could not attend (as much as I would have liked too). I am making a vow now, though, that I will be there for next year’s convention for sure!

In any event, there is absolutely no way for me to accurately cover the details of the event, so I’ll refer you to someone who is better at me at keeping tabs. Jessica over at The True Disney Fan has been keeping a running list of all the websites, podcasts, twitter accounts and so on that are being updated constantly as news and fun stuff happens at D23.

Today, I recieved a nice surprise in the mail!

Like most of you probably are, I am a member of D23. I also had the pleasure of not only signing up for this unique Disney fan club on the first day it went live, but I was also able to do it while at Walt Disney World!

In any event, in today’s mail I received a D23 Pin for all charter members who joined on Day One.

Very cool!
